Find The Spot That Changes Everything

A simple way to feel where the body is actually ready for change
(using nothing but light contact)

For practitioners who feel like something is missing in their treatments.

Try this on your own body right now:

  1. Pick a simple movement like turning your head, lifting your arm, or bending forward.

  2. Notice where it feels restricted.

  3. Lightly place your hand on a few different areas like the neck, chest, ribs, or belly. No pressure. Just contact.
Breathe in and out 3 times. In through the nose and out through the mouth.

  4. Re-test the movement after each one.

What you’ll notice

One of those spots will often make the movement feel easier. Even slightly.

That’s the spot your body is asking for.

What you probably just felt…

Most people expect the tightest area to be the right place to work.

But what you likely noticed is:

👉 the body responded somewhere else

Not because the tight area doesn’t matter…

But because the system isn’t ready there yet.

It’s protecting.

This is where most treatments go wrong

We try to force change where the body is resisting.

Instead of following where it’s responding.

That’s why things don’t hold.

Most practitioners are trying to figure out what to do.

So they go:

  • where it hurts

  • where it feels tight

  • where it looks the worst

And sometimes it works…

But most of the time, it doesn’t hold.

Not because the technique is wrong.

👉 Because the body wasn’t ready there.

The body is constantly showing you where it’s ready for change.

You just haven’t been shown how to recognize it.
